This policy explains how Dayward collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the Dayward mobile application and related services.
Information we collect
Dayward may process account details, email address, birthday, profile preferences, tasks, expense records, game progress, butler progression, virtual-item ownership, purchase status, notification preferences, device information, diagnostics, and any profile image you choose to upload.
How we use information
We use this information to provide account sign-in and cloud sync, reminders, rewards and gameplay, personalization, purchase restoration, customer support, fraud prevention, security, diagnostics, and service improvement. We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
Dayward uses Google Firebase for authentication, cloud storage, databases, and backend services. Google Play, Apple, and Google Mobile Ads may process information needed for purchases, app distribution, analytics, or advertising under their respective privacy policies.
Advertising
The free version may display ads supplied by Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, consent choices, and device settings, advertising may be personalized or non-personalized. Premium features may remove or reduce advertising as described in the app.
Data retention and security
We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the service. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and deletion
You can edit or delete many records in the app and control notification or advertising permissions through the app and device settings. You can permanently delete your Dayward account and associated cloud data from the app, or follow the instructions on our account deletion page.
Children
Dayward is not directed to children below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law.
International processing
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by our service providers. Where required, appropriate safeguards are used for such transfers.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when features, laws, or security practices change. The latest version and its effective date will remain available on this page.
