These terms govern your use of the Dayward mobile application and related services. By using Dayward, you agree to these terms.
Using Dayward
You agree to use Dayward lawfully, provide accurate account information, and protect your login credentials. You must not disrupt the service, bypass restrictions, manipulate rewards, cheat, reverse engineer protected components, or attempt to access another user’s data.
Your content and account
You retain responsibility for information you enter or upload. You grant Dayward the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize, and display that information solely to operate the service. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Virtual items and purchases
Coins, EXP, outfits, backgrounds, affection, and other virtual items are licensed for use only within Dayward, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside the service. Premium and other payments are processed by the relevant app store. Refunds and purchase restoration are governed by that store’s policies and applicable law.
Advertising and third-party services
Dayward may display advertising and use third-party services for authentication, storage, purchases, analytics, notifications, or other functionality. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Dayward available and secure, but networks, devices, maintenance, or third-party services may cause interruptions. Features, rewards, balancing, prices, and availability may change when reasonably necessary to operate, improve, or protect the service.

Dayward is a planning and entertainment tool. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Fortune and zodiac features are provided for entertainment only.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or material violations of these terms. You may stop using Dayward and request account deletion at any time.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dayward is provided on an “as available” basis. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
